Process a return

1. IDENTIFY YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

You must provide us with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return via email. You can find this number in your customer account or in the order confirmation email. Additionally, please include photos of the item if it is defective.

 

2. APPROVAL.

Once we have received proof of purchase along with photos of the product, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

 

3. PREPARE YOUR ORDER.

To initiate a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on the reason for the return request, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In certain cases, you may receive a prepaid return label to print and attach prominently to the package. Please contact us for more information.

 

4. PROCEED WITH THE RETURN.

Once the previous steps have been followed, you can then go to a post office  to drop off your package, and they will take care of the shipment.
